Very active Stock Market trading sent stocks down with the news that BP, the world's second-largest oil company closes major pipline due to corrosion that is so severe that it will have to replace sixteen miles of pipline.
Oil prices climbed more than $2 a barrel on the news as the West Coast is expected to be squeezed particularly hard.
